In this episode of GoGreenfields, River and Terran take their taste buds to the wild side at Spokane’s own Wild Sage Bistro.  The co-hosts had visited this restaurant before and liked it enough to come back. As a result, with fresh eyes and open palates, they returned to give the bistro a true review.  That meant ordering a couple of their tried and true dishes, of course.  But, they also stepped outside those comfort zones to try some new flavors.  Ultimately, they rated Wild Sage Bistro as a 9.5/10.  This high score was given for excellent plating, a welcoming environment, and mouth-wateringly-good seasoning.

About Wild Sage Bistro

This American bistro and bar is located in the heart of Spokane.  It offers a wide array of meats, seafood, and seasonal highlights.  Owners, Tom Sciortino, David Wells, and Gare Traeger have made it a mission to secure their ingredients locally.  They also aimed to offer a comfortable dining experience with elevated flavors.  River and Terran greatly enjoyed the experience, so they were happy to lend their review to the pile received by this local gem. Wild Sage Bistro has already made a name for itself, winning multiple awards and positive feedback from multiple critics.  Give them a try and you won’t be disappointed!
