10 Ideas Blog
The 10 Ideas Blog was inspired by the words of James Altucher in his National Best Seller, Choose Yourself. Each week, we sit down and challenge our brain to come up with ten ideas for new inventions. This is a great exercise for anyone to participate in, and sometimes we come up with really great concepts (and sometimes, they’re a little crazy!) Our father, Ben Greenfield wrote an article about why this is such a good idea, and you can read that article here.
In this installment of 10 Ideas, we were feeling much to grounded! Sometimes you just want to float, fly, and be free. That’s exactly what we were thinking as we recorded our list of potential innovations.
Terran on High Fly Innovation
I, Terran, was thinking about how amazing it would be to fly like birds or to float around Earth like astronauts on the moon. I couldn’t decide which I liked the idea of better – floating cars or anti-gravity boots. You’d feel more enclosed in the car, but I don’t think the battery life of the boots would be as long lasting.
River on Sweet Innovation
I, River, wouldn’t want to fly above the earth without my dog by my side, so I thought it would be really cool if we could wear Terran’s anti-gravity boots, while Dasher rode on a floating dog bed. We could go to so many cool places that way, as long as he didn’t try to jump off the bed.
You can see some of our other ideas from the week here:

Hello there!
I am a young person and I really love your interesting blog and ideas! I was sad, though, to learn that you cooked snake meat because I think it’s important to practice kindness and compassion to wild animals. Especially now because a lot of wild animals are endangered because of humans.
Thank you for reading my thoughts.
We make great efforts to select reliably sourced meats, and we’re working on getting confirmation of the exact sourcing of this snake meat. We are grateful for your heads up on this and will consider this for future recipes!
UPDATE: We received more information after we commented. The python meat is farm raised. The company we purchased from is also doing more research regarding the status of the particular species. Thanks again!
