10 Ideas Blog
We had a lot of ideas for this installment of 10 ideas, but our favorites were both related to kitchen improvements. It makes perfect sense that we would spend a lot of time thinking about how we could make our time in the kitchen easier and more enjoyable… we do love to have fun cooking and baking!
Terran on Kitchen Krafts
My ideas for the kitchen are similar to ideas I’ve had in the past. I really think it would be a good idea to come up with some convenient way to scrap the side of the mixing bowl, without having to stand over it while it mixes. I thought an attachment for the Kitchen Aid mixer would be really nice. I also think it would be nice to have an automatic bacon caramelizer, because everyone loves bacon! Finally, a cold knife that stays cold regardless of what its cutting. It would make it easier to cut things like some cakes, sushi, and soft cheeses.
River on Kitchen Krafts
I had a couple of kitchen ideas, and one was just for fun, but the other is something that would be very useful. The first, fun one is an epoxy cutting board. Epoxy is so interesting because so many colors, shapes and designs can be made from it. I think it would be great to have an epoxy cutting board, and even better to make one! My other idea is a glass fridge that would allow me to always see what is inside, without having to open the door.
