In this episode, River and Terran teach a special guest student how to make frittata!

If you’d like to follow along and make your own frittata, here’s what you’ll need:

Ingredients:

  • 1 sweet potato
  • 1 onion
  • 6 pieces of bacon
  • 10 eggs
  • ½ of grated parmesan
  • Salt & pepper
  • 3 tablespoons of cream

Directions:

First, preheat the oven to 425 degrees and cut the potatoes into half inch cubes. Then put them on a baking sheet and drizzle olive oil on top and bake until tender. Now cut the bacon into little pieces and cook in a cast iron skillet and leave the fat in and take the bacon out. Then take your onions and cut them into half moons and caramelize in the bacon fat. Take out your potatoes if they’re done and then turn down the heat to 400 degrees. Mix your eggs with the cream and then pour on the onions. Then  put in your bacon, potatoes and sprinkle your cheese on top. Then cook for 8 – 10 minutes in the oven. Then you can enjoy it!
