Sushi Burrito For The Palate

Terran and River fuse sushi with burritos along with sushi rice and a Mexican filing. The boys talk you through the steps during the episode to help you great this wonderful meal.

Ingredients For Filling

A can of black beans rinsed
1 ½ cups of sweet corn
1 red bell peppers diced
¼ cup of minced cilantro
Juice of two limes
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Combine all ingredients and mix.

Ingredients For Dipping Sauce

1 cup of mayo
2-4 cloves of minced garlic
The zest and juice of one lime
2-3 teaspoons of sriracha
Salt to taste

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir

Ingredients For Sushi Rice

3 cups of sushi rice
3 ⅓ cup water (for soaking)
½ cup of rice vinegar
¼ cup of honey

Directions

1 – 2 teaspoons of salt to taste

Take a pot and pour the rice in. then take water and scrub the rice with it, repeat this 4 – infinity times ( I prefer 4 – 6 though… ). Then pour 3 ⅓ cups of water into a pot and soak for 20 minutes. While soaking make seasoning. Put rice vinegar and honey into a small saucepan to melt honey than you can let it sit and don’t allow the honey to boil. Once your rice is finished soaking boil on the stove with a lid for 20 minutes. Once cooked pour onto a large baking pan and pour seasoning over.
