- 6 Scoops Organifi Vanilla Powder
- 3 Eggs

We are looking for a non-lumpy batter. The only lumps should be from the coconut oil. Add Avocado Oil to your waffle iron. It has a better taste and it’s overpowering. Add your batter to the iron in the middle of the iron.
Now it’s time to make the deeeelicious red berry topping.
Red Berry Frosting
8 oz Cup of Organic Yogurt or Coconut Milk
2 tbsp Organifi Red Juice
Blend in your NutriBullet blender. Then add 4 oz of water and blend a bit more. Then top off your waffles with the red berry frosting and add coconut flakes. MMMMM…. so good!
